There is something similar I've coded in the past. It was basically a user registers for his own domain. He gets a subdomain

usersforums.mydomain.com

and he gets to have his own vBulletin but it's still using my database and my files, just gets different settings to make it possible. Some people could probably even make a business out of this like $1 or $2 per month per board or something
