lmao... XD that's some of the easiest things to do. Login to Admin CP > Templates > Modify > Template Set[expand] > Forum Home Display[expand] > forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost:
Find:
<td bgcolor="#336D95" background="" colspan="6">
Replace that with:
<td bgcolor="#336D95" background="" colspan="6" align="center">
Note: If you have used anything that takes off a colum in it then edit the colspan.

Gaaaaaa! I can't display what's suppose to be in the background because vB.org's bg comes up.
