Mod CP, any way to limit usergroups permissions changes to specifics ones?

Well, I'd like to give all my moderators supermod access so they could change the usergroups but I don't want them to be able to give people certain levels such admins, mods and other private status on the board. I would have them to be able to only change users to new members status and basic levels...

Is there an easy workaround for this?
