vb.org Archive - View Single Post - A hack which count every posts at the top of a page

Could someone do a hack which disable users to choose the number of posts to show per page and set it at the same number for everyone, and also which count every post at the top of a page and shows the 5 members with the most of top page's post on the forumhome (this a statistik that peoples ask me on my forum).

I don't know if it's easy understanding but if you don't just ask and i'll explain my request.
