Hmm... I'm the Admin who made this theme

So nice to have some constructive criticism instead of people saying "that sucks" so the light blue seems to be the only bad point? I might think on toning that down later.

The categories were a fairly simple hack if you know how to use tables right.

The Options column was simple too, you need to edit your "forumhome" templates, namely your level1_nopost and level1_post templates, it's simple enough to add an extra table cell in there and move all relevant links in there. I could post the modifications in the templates forum if you'd like.
