moderator problems

tell me what I am overlooking, if anything.

I have searched everywhere, but can find anything to allow my moderators to move threads out of their forums. Not talking about supermods, but regular mods. At the point I am at now, all I can find is how to allow them to move their own threads, not anyone elses.

Kind of new to this, so it may or may not be an option. Probably a simple question for most of you in here, but it has me all screwed up right now.
