a) User CP already lists subscribed threads so if the user already subscribed to that thread while replying, he can find them inside User CP

b) If you search you username in search, you'll find your posts..

c) You can use webtemplates hack and create a webtemplate which will list last X posts of the visitor. It wont be inside User CP, but you can always put a link from there to that webtemplate.

I only suggested this bcuz it would make it alot easier to reply and keep up with the users post if it was right there in front of them....
