I am looking to be able to enable attachments for only specific forums on a site. Basically, I normally have attachments turned off completely, but in a single forum on one of my sites I would like to have them on.

I have looked around and can't seem to find something like this, which actually surprises me, since I'm sure others have desired this functionality.

Has anybody done it? Could anybody do it?
