To be honest, the issue with the support system is not really a support kind of thing. Basically my site is a Neighborhood website so if someone wants to make a maintenance request right now they have to fill out paperwork, submit it, wait for a response, that kind of thing.
I would like to automate the whole process where they can fill out the form. The system will save the form and they can look up their status and see how it's going.
