It's impossible to check for invalid email addresses, except for malformed syntax. And even then, you have to be careful.

And I'm not sure what exactly you mean by that - besides, each email is less than 1k, so I don't think anyone will be sending 1024 messages and eating up 1 MB of bandwidth
