vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Owner Can Give Me Access??

I have been contracted by a site owner who bought a license for vBulletin to make some modifications to it for him.

I have read in a few posts here that if an owner logs in here he can give my account access to more area's of this forum.

I have two questions:

1. Could someone please describe this process to be so that I can have him do it?

2. If he enables my account does that give me the ability to post to this forum and to download hacks?

Thanks for help, need an answer asap, time critical project.
