Its lets users and mods change the name of an attachment in editpost in case they mispelled it, its inapropiate ot just wanna change it, i made it just now in 5 minutes, also if they add .exe or .jpg or another exstension, it gets removed when they edit it, for example id the original file name was test.jpg and they type in test1.exe it would be test1.jpg when they edit it, its a pretty small hack, i made it because some one on my forums requested it, tell me what you think.
