			} else {
				$avatarurl="";
			}

With this:

			if ($post[hascustomavatar] and $avatarenabled) {
				$avatarurl="avatar.php?userid=$post[userid]&dateline=$post[avatardateline]";
			} else {
				$avatarurl="images/noavatar.gif";
			}
