Actually no. My battle system (which was up, now taken down for upgrades) consisted of the following:
~ Character/job classes with individual stats like attack, defense, evade, agility, and more.
~ Leveling system by EXP. EXP is earned by damage.
~ Leveling boosts character's status. There are 5 classes and from there, they each can go onto 2 more characters which are higher and more powerful then the original class character.
~ Calculations of damage from items (attack, agility), character (level, attack, agility), enemy's armor (defense, evade, agility), enemy's character (defense, evade, agility, level) and random effects (critical hits, misses).
~ Magic system with over 500 skills. All of which must be learned by using TP (Tactical Points) which is earned randomly within battle.
~ RP (Republic Points), our form of money, given out to the winner of each battle.
~ Fleeing (the person fleeing would lose the battle) feature enabled for players to leave battle.
~ Instant Messenging. You could talk to your opponent within the battle.
~ Battle Ticker. Recent battles would be listed on the forumhome and Battle CP. From there, a link to the battle is provided, in which any user can view the battle in live action.
And I actually don't care whatever happens to this hack. I just don't understand why anyone can take other's ideas and create a hack and get all credit. Also, that wasn't towards anyone, just an overall perception on many things revolving around here.
