v2.0 re-release

Features:
- New [sig=<imagenumber>] syntax. This cures the current problems with 2.2.4/2.2.5/2.2.6 and means dynamic image support no longer needs to be enabled.
- Remotely stored images support.
- register_globals = off support.
- sig.php doesn't appear as a location in who's online
- db update script

Carried over from the current version are:
- Local Image support
- Image size controls
- Control over the number of stored images
