I liked the mod drop down hack but my members hated it with a passion. Still not sure why. I finally gave in and got rid of it. But that's up to you.

I thought I would like the rollovers when I installed them on my board but after about 10 seconds I hated them. Again, personal preference.

As far as your board goes the colors and logo are excellent and the the design is clean. One thing I don't like is that your buttons don't really seem to match any of the other colors on your boards. I think you might want to look around for something that's a little closer.

I'm also not a big fan of the buttons you're using at the bottom of your postbit.

None of these things would really effect my enjoyment if I were a member so I guess that means you've done a good job in my eyes. Oh, one thing I just noticed, the logo doesn't appear to be clickable (to take you back to the forum home). That would probably drive me batty.
