yeah there was a hack somewhere... or you can just duplicate the forum related templates and in the modify forum area in the control panel assign the forum different templates with differing colours

my forum has different templates for this forum http://animeboards.net/forums/forumd....php?forumid=3

compared to the main forums http://animeboards.net/forums/
