Open your shoutbox.php file and replace this...

Code:

$time_posted = vbdate('n-j-y, g:i:s a', $timestamp);

...with this...

Code:

$time_posted = vbdate('n-j-y, g:i:s a', $timestamp - $timeoffset);

That should do it. I think. I hope.
