@nuket in the first signature of the OP on a modification thread it clearly says

"This modification may not be copied, reproduced or published elsewhere without author's permission."

And even if you did make a forum like the one you described, how would it be any different from all of the warez forums blatantly doing the exact same thing (disregarding paid mods).
