I did not know this but vBulletin actually offers this service. They have different levels of support available based on your needs and the size of your forum.

I've signed up and they've been extremely helpful at getting my forum issues fixed and getting the forum moved over to their cloud server.

So, I'm sorry to say that you probably won't be seeing anymore stupid questions from me as the forum will be managed by vBulletin LOL!

Just thought I'd post this in case it can help others looking for the same service.
