Hey guys... VB 3.8.11... Site has been up and running well for years. In the last few days, however, the quick reply function has gotten very slow. As a result, we have had a ton of double posts.

I believe this was a pretty common problem back in the day? Any idea of where I can look to solve the problem?

Site is running on PHP 5.6, but I tried 7.1 and the problem remained...
