What hacks from vB 4.2.5 are standard inclusion for vB 5.6.7?

Our tech says the all vB 4.2.5 hacks/mods will be gone permanently once upgrade to vB 5.6.7 is done.

Are any of the above hacks/mods standard in vB 5.6.7?
