One shouldn't share mods like that, if it was paid for at the time it was only intended for you. The files may also have a license number generated/added within the files.
However, you might find something like this on one of those sites, that has files they shouldn't have nor offer but yet they do - tread carefully if you go that route as that's only a suggestion and your prerogative if you choose to follow through. The reason I mention this though is due to a very long-standing member recently trying to obtain a copy of his actual mod here on the org from the vBulletin 2 era, and of course it's archived and can't be downloaded but I did manage to go on a wild goose hunt one night and find a link to his mod on a site that shall not be named, and I gave the same tread carefully heads up to him when providing the link. The issue here isn't so much that you shouldn't have a copy of a modification you paid for, but how it's shared after the fact, when you no longer have
your copy on-hand. This does teach us all to retain backup copies of files, after some years and new computers and such that's not always possible so try to always save important site-related files to an external drive moving forward (unplug from the old computer, plug right into the new one and badda-bing you still have all your files

).
