If you just want your own verified badge and not actually linked to members Instagram accounts this can probably be achieved with usergroups and ranks.

Create a "verified" Usergroup
Create a "verified" Rank
Set verified image (I.E. blue star) under "verified" rank
Set "verified" usergroup with "verified" rank

Now you add members to the verified usergroup and hey presto they should have a verified badge.

Note: I don't have a vBulletiin set up to [S]verify[/S] confirm this works but I don't see why it wouldn't.
