Hello Paul,

You may already be aware of these two settings in the vB4 AdminCP.

In Settings>>Options>>Message Posting and Editing Options...there are two settings you can adjust:

1. Minimum Time Between Posts
2. Extended Minimum Time Between Posts

Of course the problem with these settings is that it effects all members. Thus here's a more creative solution...you create a new usergroup that you put these troublesome members into.

One of the many settings in an individual usergroup is "Minimum Time Between Posts". In this case since this is a separate Usergroup...this setting ONLY effects forum members in this usergroup.
