I would like to add a point that, at least to me, took me several weeks or even months, without knowing how to solve it.
My problem was in (maybe it was only in a new theme that I installed, but in case someone else happens to it), at the beginning of the forum, the boxes to enter username and password did not work, once tried the login and with your consequent login error, the following login screen was already working.

To solve the logging problem in the forum index, in CloudFlare I had to disable Rocket Loader, this solved this problem for me.
