Hi,

Previous users and new subscriptions are not being activated automatically. We use PayPal for payments and are having to go in and grant access manually for almost all users, which is becoming extremely tedious and time consuming.

We have tried reaching out to the support ticket system and got an answer that did not solve the problem, we followed up a week ago but have not received a response.

Please help ):
