. I am reaching out to ask for your help regarding an issue I am encountering with my forum. A couple of weeks or so ago we upgraded the forum from 3.8.9 to the 3.8.11 version. We also moved the forum to a new server. We are now seeing an issue that when some users post the characters ë and ç, they now show with the following symbols: Ã« Ã§
I have no idea how to this since I am not the best at this kind of stuff. Could you please help? Thanks so much
