Can someone tell me exactly where I need to add meta data for my website please?

- Exactly which file or template do I add the meta data to?
- Where exactly in that file/template do I add the meta data?
- Does the meta data need to be entered in a specific area of the file/template (top, bottom, etc.).
- Is the file one of the vBulletin templates?

Basically I'm not 100% sure if there is any meta data at the moment...knowing the exact file/template will help me figure out if there is any meta data there presently. If there isn't...I want to add some.

Website is running vBulletin 4.2.5.
