Default Password Reset Message
Received this message from a member today regarding their password reset (which I have set to every 120 days). I would like to verify that everything in the admin control panel area is setup correctly...and want to get things figured out so the same thing doesn't happen with other members:

"Am away from home computer at moment and have tried to reset password several times. I keep requesting reset details to be sent to the only email that you recognise but nothing is being received."

Can someone remind me where all the settings are regarding password resets for members (vBulletin 4.2.5)...including the various messages a member may receive please? Was checking the admin control panel settings today...and for the life of me I can't find things.
