This is not working on my forum.

ImageMagick is installed and I asked the host about the path, but it still does not work.

I'm running 4.2.5.
Here is what the host sent me:

The path to ImageMagick's most popular binary 'convert' is: /usr/bin/convert

I put in /usr/bin/convert into the pathway and its not working.

Anyone have any ideas, or did I do something wrong?
