When a browser reloads it calls back to the server for a fresh page. You would have to have that mp3 player running independently of the browser to get what you're looking for. Like, if the mp3 player opens in a pop-up browser window for example.

Alternatively, users can keep two tabs open to your site using one for browsing around and the other to keep the music playing.
