The issue we're facing is that notification emails are using a different link format than what we have used in the past. How would one change this?

Currently, notifications would come in this format:
"This topic is located at https://example.com/support/forum/node/998083"

The above link in turn links to this thread: https://example.com/support/forum/fo...0-i-am-so-lost

What change would we need to make in order for notifications to use the second link's format?
