The way PhotoPost is built makes it incompatible with vBulletin 5.
It will only work with vBulletin 3 and 4.

Like one of the other members stated, you could leave the old database of your vBulletin 3 or 4 forum up and connect PhotoPost to it whilst disabling everything else (all forum features), then have a vBulletin 5 forum as your forum with a link to PhotoPost.

This is far from ideal though.
