Hello.

I am currently looking for a modification that either:

A - Makes the Administrator Notes section of the AdminCP global, so that any administrator can add/remove content to it and each admin can see it.

B - Allow me to place a section on the AdminCP index that contains some information, eg. useful links for admins or tutorials within the admincp, if that makes sense.
