Hello i purchased a theme on purevb for vb 5 but after payment i relised theme was for old version of vb not compatible with my forum .

i tried to submit support ticket but i got errror i am unable to submit ticket

then i tried to send email but both emails bounced then i tried to contact via facebook page but no one replied i want to confirm if they are still alive because last update in April
