We use inline attached images at MHB, and they show only where they are placed within the post, and not in the attachments block at the bottom.

What do you have for:

View Attached Images Inline (We have "Yes, full size")
Thumbnail Creation (We have "No"...pay attention to the given instructions if you change this setting.)
