Glad its working now! Sorry for the late reply but usually on Revive instances, an issue like the one you described occurs when someone upgrades it wrong i.e. you're supposed to create a new folder, place the new version in there, run the script to upgrade THEN rename the old folder something temp, rename the new folder with new version you just upgraded to the old name and also update the configuration file accordingly and you're done - by doing that you ensure all your old invocation codes work properly.
*Sometimes if you upgrade and issues occur, ensure your zones and such are setup properly, ensure all the banners in a set zone are the correct size, if not it can cause issue with displaying properly. There are also rare cases where upgrades will not work properly, for that you'll need to reference my article on URLJet for assitance -
