1.- About deletion. If I understood well the time that you tried to delete the video you've setup as commenting system "Threads". The question is if at the time that video created have you already setup this option or you setup it at a later time?

2.- As for the screenshot:
a] Have you set correctly in settings the server path to videoclub/thumbs/ ?
b] Have you CMOD 777 the folder videoclub/thumbs/ ?
