I used your API it was still same issue

I have uploaded the file to videoclub/includes/ but still showing Preview not Available.

I really which it can show the preview, because without Thumbnail preview it won't make sense.

Please Note that when adding the video the Thumbnail show but after adding the video no Thumbnail.

Please i need more troubleshooting to fix this problem.
