What do you have set for AdminCP > Settings > Options > Message Posting Interface Options > Enable Clickagle Message Formatting Controls?

And then what is set in your own Forum > Settings > General Settings > Message Editor Interface?

If we are to assist, we need precise answers. "Everything is enabled" tells us nothing, you don't "enable" the editor, it has multiple different settings.
