To get any meaningful help you will need to provide a domain so we can look at what is causing the error.

Are you using remove YUI or jQuery in the vbulletin server settings and Optimization Options? if so set them to none.
Have you tried adding a replacement variable to your style rewriting your http domain to https ?

As I've said without a domain, it's just complete guesswork as there are lots of things that could cause the issue.
