1. this is already a standard feature of the mod system, you define what versions you want in the back end.

2. well of coarse there's a description portion lol, take a look at the big pictures. You will see "this is an addon for test" that's the detailed explanation lol, in all seriousness though. It's the same as you just did here, what you type is what goes there, it's not really a feature
