Hung after updating various styles (hidden for site privacy in pic) and there never was a "finished" message. Note the odd character shown in pic after comment 1.2.3. I've seen this before in their products.
This is what will happen if the install is attempted either before the files have been uploaded fully, or files have been uploaded incomplete. What you are seeing is PHP files being parsed as plain text.

If someone reports installation issues, I always offer to install the product for them if they can't get it working themselves. Would you be able to link me to your support ticket @ our site?
I would imagine any reasonable person would ask for support before deciding to post "warnings" about a product that seemingly installs fine for everyone else, so if you could link me to your support ticket I'd be happy to investigate why it wasn't resolved to your satisfaction.
