In English:

I created some user groups. Each group has a separate user name color. Users can join these groups. I want the members to get the color of that group.

In your usergroup manager, go to each of the joinable usergroups to edit them, and look for the block labeled "Public Group Settings" and set "Can override primary group title/markup" to "Yes".
