Comparison websites are big things these days. It would be great if vBulletin could add functionality so forum owners can compare services & products to allow members of the site to enter certain criteria to pick which service & products they are interested in.

For example, I run a Web Hosting Forum, and I would like members of my forum to be able to choose a hosting provider by selecting whether they want Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, storage type SATA, SAS or SSD, Bandwidth/Diskspace, Control Panel, budget and so on. It could be used for the companies who would like to advertise in that section. Not affiliate-driven, all providers would pay the same advertising fee; just members could find a provider who better suits their requirements.

I don't like to use 3rd party plugins if I can help it because whenever I've done this in the past, the developer usually stops supporting the plugin wasting my time and money. I'd rather this functionally be added to vBulletin 5 itself. Even if it was sold as a separate product.
