Exactly how many members do we have in our Forum? The attached screenshot of our Usergroup Manager page shows all the Default and Custom Usergroups that have members assigned.

I assume that adding up the number of Default Usergroups > Primary User reflects the 'total' number of members we have. What I am confused/concerned about is the total number of Custom Usergroups > Primary Users is greater, and not by just a little bit, but by several hundreds. Why?
