Your suggestion on how to operate the marketplace. Currently it works like all other similar sites (eg Envato for selling scripts/themes, Freelance for hiring freelancers etc).
This means that all money goes to admin and freelancers request withdraws over a minimum amount.
Even if it has been tested and works fine, I’ve doubts on using it this way. The reason is simple. Do you think that freelancers will trust a site owner to control their money?
So I’m thinking to modify it (it’s some days work only) and all payments willl goes directly to freelancers’ PayPal.

This is the point that I've stucked and that's why I post a request at TAZ looking for partners. It's not only that I'm a single person. Worst of all 2 months ago I found that I've cancer, so my future is not the best. But I want to operate a site like this. It's a dream of 3 years now when I registerd the domain adminkiosk.com. Unfortunately I lost the renewal as I was hospitalization at that days.
