Ok I am going to need some help with this. My host has sent me this email and Im not sure what to make of it. He is asking your folks for something. Does this make sense?

Mike, as we technically don't support the software, I can't proceed to actually install it without compromising our support queue. But, I did provide a phpinfo.php page, which shows all modules installed on the server:

if you could, as you are verified user of the software, submit a support ticket to them asking if a) why your .htaccess is blank and b) provide instructions on writing one (they should come back with an htaccess configured for your site, provide the phpinfo.php page above to expedite the process) and let me know if they require anything on the host side of the software (probably not). If it's an open thread, a simple copy and paste of the url is sufficient - I can't, as I don't own the software, or I'd do it for you. Thank you.
