Here is an example of the fake news I just did

Now I want it so the members can make the fake news and then it automatically gets posted or we give them the link to the fake news website and they they can upload it to my site.

I want it to be underneath my shoutbox, posted like a banner etc ....NOT IN A THREAD.

Possible? I really need it to be possible ASAP!
